Our company is built upon organizational strategy utilizing technology and structure to help us establish an environment that frees our artists to create. Our skilled team members are intrinsically motivated, focused and committed to each project we take on.
We spent the first few years of Thousand Year Films creating a company policy, which we have fondly come to call our companies 'manifesto'. This expanded far beyond what would be a traditional policy and procedure. It's not enough for us to have a bunch of rules, or do's and don'ts. We wanted to bridge everything with the "why". People thrive far more when they understand the reasoning, the goal, the intent as opposed to just the procedure.
